What is your typical order processing time?

It depends on the product type, source country, and delivery destination, but in general:

• Sourcing & procurement: 3–15 days (based on the initial payment)

• Shipping (air/sea): Varies by mode & distance

• Customs & delivery: 1–5 days, depending on regulations

We always provide clear timelines upfront and keep you updated throughout & share all relevant tracking information.

What are your pricing options?

EXW – Ex Works: Buyer has full responsibility from pickup at seller’s location.

FOB – Free on Board: Seller delivers goods to port and loads them onto the vessel.

CFR / CNF – Cost and Freight (interchangeable terms): Seller pays for transport to the destination port, but buyer takes risk after loading.

CIF – Cost, Insurance, and Freight: Same as CFR, but seller also includes marine or other insurance.
